We then source and add critical software developers, from junior level up to shadow Tech Lead Architects, from our existing network of development service company partners. We also add critical support resources for software developers, including UI/UX designers, test engineers, dev-ops engineers, and business analysts. We increase code quality and software development velocity while reducing cost.
